Joyous news, this! Kaiyodo recently announced the very good, very popular Cable is getting re-issued! Revoltech Cable Ver 1.5 is coming in the future!
Same same, But Different
Based on other Ver 1.5 (Batman’s The Joker comes to mind), this should be mostly the same Cable figure but with some changes to the option parts. One such option part shown is the knife, which wasn’t included in Ver.1.0. It also looks like he’s equipped with a new sword on his back. So it might be instead of the big, transformable rifle, we instead get bladed weapons. I expect we’ll know more in the coming weeks.

I’m excited to see it reissued, and I’m glad fans can have another shot, though slightly different, to get this amazing figure. Hopefully I can get my hands on it, if not, I too shall enjoy it through shared videos and photos!
